Our unique teaching method includes regularly scheduled private instruction as well as group sessions and practice sessions. During your dance sessions, we'll introduce you to the basics of several dances and our method of teaching. We'll also give you information about our starter courses. We love to dance and we want you to love it, too!
PRIVATE INSTRUCTION
Private instruction with one or more key teachers gives you the specialized and personalized attention necessary to look and feel great on the dance floor. Learning at your pace, you will receive the necessary tools to lead or follow any partner.
For your private lesson you will need to make an appointment. The studio is open from 11:45 am to 8:45 pm Monday through Friday and on Saturday by appointment. In most cases, we can work around your schedule including weekends.
GROUP LESSONS
Steps are a dime a dozen. Why pay to learn steps when you can learn them here for free? Group lessons are a necessary part of becoming a comfortable dancer because this is where patterns are learned. As a member of the studio you receive unlimited group sessions Equally important, group lessons provide you with the opportunity to meet other students with similar dancing goals.
PRACTICE LESSONS
Practice lessons reaffirm the lesson information taught in our private and group lessons. Learning is one thing, but making the material work in a live setting is quite another. This is accomplished through our practice lessons. We understand that musical tastes vary; therefore, we offer a semi dressy practice party every Thursday evening with classic hits of yesterday and a more casual practice party every Friday evening featuring todays hit music.
***All students on advanced programs receive unlimited groups and practice parties provided they take one private lesson for that week.
